ANIMALS:
No live animal, reptile, fish or bird will be allowed to enter or remain in the facility. The only exception is an association approved and properly and safely muzzled “Assist Animal.”

CHILDREN:
Children will be admitted to the market and /or market party during show hours providing they are supervised and under parent and/or guardian control during their visit. Do not let children “run wild” or be on the “loose” while they are at the market or market functions. However, our liability insurance coverage dictates that children ARE NOT allowed during the days and hours of exhibitor move-in, set-up, and move-out. It is also requested that children NOT be brought to the seminar presentations.

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
An area in our Show Office will be available for short term luggage storage. Please ask a member of the Hopper Expositions staff at the Market Registration Desk for information and access.

MEALS:
Coffee & tea will be available daily from 8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. at the Registration area. 

SHUTTLES:
Scheduled shuttle buses will run Saturday (August 2) thru Monday (August 4) from all participating hotels in the mornings to the Convention Center and to all participating hotels from the Convention Center. Shuttles will also run Sunday (August 3) from the Convention Center to the Market Party at the Radisson Plaza Lord Baltimore host hotel and to all participating hotels after the Market Party is over.

WHEEL CHAIRS / ELECTRIC CARTS:
Wheel chairs are available, at no charge, thru the Baltimore Convention Center. Electric carts are also available, for a daily charge, thru an independent contractor at the Baltimore Convention Center. Please call our office for additional information on the electric cart
